USTEDC — U.S.–Türkiye Economic Development Corporation

Engagement model

How organisations work with USTEDC

USTEDC is designed to operate through private-sector revenue: engagement fees, programme contracts, institutional partnerships and eligible economic-development programmes where it qualifies and is awarded funding. Fee-bearing engagement keeps the platform independent of any single sponsor and aligns our work with completed transactions rather than activity.

How tiers are set

Four factors determine the right tier

Tiers below are indicative. Scope, terms and commercial arrangements are discussed directly and agreed in writing before any engagement begins; public institutions are engaged on a programme basis.

01

Service intensity

How much dedicated USTEDC capacity — analyst, relationship manager, account team — is assigned to your objectives.

02

Company scale

Revenue, export capacity and the number of divisions or product lines participating in the corridor.

03

Strategic complexity

Whether the objective is a single market entry or a combination of trade, investment, manufacturing and transactions.

04

Access to dedicated resources

Priority on qualified opportunities, government engagement and custom research capacity.

Public institutions and agencies

U.S. state and municipal agencies, Turkish ministries and agencies, chambers and development banks do not join a fee tier. They engage through programme contracts or grant-funded corridor programmes with published targets, an agreed measurement framework and public outcome reporting.

Integrity

Principles we hold to

  • No success fee is charged on transactions arising from grant-funded programme work.
  • Membership never buys a favourable assessment. Supplier screening results are reported as found.
  • Conflicts of interest are declared in writing before an engagement begins.
  • Public-programme outcomes are reported publicly, whether or not targets are met.
