What we collect
Only what you submit through our forms: name, work email, organisation, role, country, your selected enquiry type and any message you write. Data-room requests and brief subscriptions record the same core fields.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to provide the document or publication you requested, and to keep a record of institutional engagement for programme reporting. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Submissions are stored in our secured database and are readable only by authorised USTEDC staff. They are not publicly readable, and they are not shared with counterparties without your instruction.
How long we keep it
For as long as the engagement or programme record requires, and thereafter only where retention is required for grant or audit purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or unsubscribe from the quarterly brief, at any time via the contact form. Depending on where you are located, you may also have rights under GDPR or Türkiye's KVKK; we apply the same standard to everyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only what is necessary to serve pages and remember your language preference. It does not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.
